Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from TripsAsia along with payment details.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. TripsAsia is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Please ensure your policy is valid for all countries you will visit.

Limitation of Liability

TripsAsia acts as an agent for various travel service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, defaults, or representations. Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked through us.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other activities beyond our control that may affect your travel plans.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary to provide our travel services, including contact details, passport information, and travel preferences. This information is used solely for booking and providing travel services.

Data Protection

Your personal information is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide travel services (hotels, airlines, local operators) or as required by law.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
